Supporting the musical journey for 1700 students

The Mission

Serve and grow the NEC Prep programs for the Piano, Strings, Music Theory, Composition and Early Childhood departments.

They needed someone to serve the 600 students and their families and the faculty of these departments, and lead the expansion of the programming.

Lisa’s Impacts

  • Served as the point of contact for all students, families and faculty in the Piano, Strings, Music Theory, Composition and Early Childhood departments.

  • Established strong relationships with faculty and explored opportunities for expansion.

  • Proposed and led ideas for growth for these departments.

Outcomes

  • Expansion of the Early Childhood department through Suzuki Explorers and Musical Explorers.

  • Expansion of the Strings department through the Summer Orchestra Institute.
