The Mission

Launch Suzuki Explorers for 5-10 year olds, including an exploratory class for complete beginners.

This was a rebranding of the formerly known Suzukifest with an effort to make the program more accessible for interested prospective students. They needed someone to direct the program from planning to execution.


Lisa’s Impacts

  • Closely collaborated with the Suzuki faculty at NEC Prep to design the programming for the Suzuki Explorers and understand the needs for a complete beginner offering.

  • Hired and contracted faculty to lead the scheduled classes.

  • Collaborated with the marketing team to create ads and posters.

  • Managed the recruitment efforts for the program.

  • Served as the point of contact for the program and managed all communications.

  • Oversaw the daily operations of the program.

Outcomes

  • Reached target recruitment numbers two years in a row.

  • Recruited a couple of new Suzuki students for the following academic year due to the explorers beginner’s offering.
