Retain and increase alumni and community engagement during the pandemic year.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, it proposed a new challenge for any fundraising teams to retain and increase engagement, let alone ask for donations, during a financially and emotionally difficult time. They needed a reason to bring the community together and remind them of the power of music.

Proposed and led the curation of the virtual alumni orchestra to celebrate the 2020 graduates.
Served as the point of contact for the 300 alumni the office reached out to to partake in this initiative.
Recorded the click track to help the 84 alumni create recordings of their own parts to fit together.
Collaborated closely with the marketing team to create the virtual presentation.
Wrote and published an article showcasing the alumni orchestra and its purpose.
Outcomes
84 alumni across the globe participated in the virtual orchestra.
